Drawings From Hospital

A whole bunch of things that I drew when I was in Panorama Clinic and
then Dudley clinic. I think the drawing was one way for me to focus on
something without constantly having thoughts going through my head such
as they are all looking at me or the nurses are all talking about me.
And worrying about work and the kids and so on...

Once I started painting, my drawings have decreased to near nothing. I have started to draw layouts for painting though. I have been drawing since I was in high school but there have been big gaps between periods of drawing. |

A lot of my paintings are packed up at the moment. I have only done a couple three since hospital. Portraits of cats and lego men.
I stopped ruminating about all the different emotions I have had and memory loss from ect. I decided to just go with the flow for once and not worry so much about it looking like something real. So my internal vision of memory after ect is finally down in paint.

I think my paintings whilst I was in hospital were pretty ordinary. I had never painted until in hospital 2012. I also think that as the ect progressed my paintings got more cartoon like.

The Old Church
I did a lot of paintings and drawings whilst living here but I have never painted or drawn it. I guess I will some day. I am going to miss living here.
